On Sunday morning, in the area of the village of Życzyn in the Garwolin district in Mazowsze, the driver noticed that a fragment of the track had been damaged. Despite the earlier, reassuring messages of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote in the evening about the act of diversion.
The incident happened ok. 7.30 in the morning on track number 1 on the Dęblin-Życzyn section. The driver of the Mazowieckie Railway train from Dęblin to Western Warsaw noticed a loss in the track and emergency stopped the train. The lineup managed to brake through the entrance to the rift.

She informed about the whole matter through the portal X Provincial Police Headquarters. "This morning, at 7:39 a.m., the train driver reported by telephone irregularities in the railway infrastructure in the area of Życzyn district of Garwoliński, near the PKP Mika station.
