A routine study showed cancerous changes in the large intestine of former MEP and political scientist Marek Migalski, who appealed to Poles to study themselves.

Marek Migalski shared the history of his illness on social platforms.

"I have colorectal cancer. The day after tomorrow, I'm in for an operation to remove a large portion of the esica. This post is for you to avoid my fate," he wrote on Facebook.

The former politician decided to perform a colonoscope just in case. He didn't have any ailments, so he expected to hear that everything was fine. He admitted that he is physically active, eats little meat, and a lot of vegetables and fruits.
