Thousands of people coming from all over the country to Novi Sad pay tribute to 16 victims of the tragedy at the railway station on its first anniversary on Saturday. People's columns set off from the city's symbolic 16-point points towards the station, where 16-minute silence was celebrated by the victims of the accident.

The columns moved from 16 locations commemorating 16 victims of the accident towards the train station, where at 11.52 a.m. - the exact time of collapse of part of the roof - honored the memory of the victims of the accident with a 16-minute silence and laying wreaths.

Thousands of people came to Novi Sad on the night of Friday to Saturday from many cities of the country or coming on bicycles. A group of students from New Pazar marched for 16 days, covering a distance of more than 400 kilometers. The largest group reached Novi Sad from Belgrade, after a two-day hike.
